Refund Policy
Any Refunds for payment are to be requested from ElliotLee and not through Worldpay. If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and once it had been agreed by ElliotLee that a refund is due to you. A refund is not due to you if you have paid an application fee & holding deposit for a property to let and you decide you no longer wish to rent the property or you fail the necessary credit checks. Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.
